Training & Professional Development
Brittany offers training to schools in many areas of school law. The training is customized to fit the district's needs, is available virtual or in-person, and is available for school boards and all levels of district staff - administrators, compliance officers, certified staff, or support staff. General Counsel
Brittany provides general counsel services and guides districts through internal investigations of employee or student complaints or concerns of misconduct. Brittany will aide the district with every step of the process from determining whether an investigation is necessary, policy compliance, performance of the investigation, preparation of requisite reports and post-investigation steps including appeals and discipline determination and implementation.
