Firm purpose and mission
Missouri Education Solutions, LLC was founded by Brittany Newell to provide discrimination, harassment, and retaliation training and full spectrum investigation services to school districts across the State of Missouri. Some circumstances are appropriate for an outside independent investigator; others are suited for the district to investigate the matter internally. No matter the circumstance your district finds itself faced with, Missouri Education Solutions, LLC can provide the niche assistance you need.
Legal claims of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation alongside claims that the district failed to appropriately prevent the misconduct or handle such complaints are among some of the highest liability exposure suits that districts face. As plaintiff attorneys have begun to focus specifically on these claims against schools across the State, the frequency within which districts face these lawsuits will likely continue to rise.
The mission of Missouri Education Solutions, LLC is to helps schools minimize discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, reduce liability exposure, and foster safe educational environments in school districts across Missouri. To achieve its mission, Missouri Education Solutions, LLC offers a two-part approach. One, education - educate districts on discrimination, harassment, and retaliation so that such conduct is avoided, concerns of such conduct are appropriately and quickly identified, and concerns or complaints of such conduct is appropriately reported. Two, investigation - investigate such complaints or concerns for the district or help the district investigate such concerns or complaints internally to ensure investigations are thorough, proper, and in accordance with district policy and the law.
